Raindrop

Raindrop for Good.
Free for agents that help people.

If you’re building an agent for a food bank, a legal aid clinic, a crisis line, or anyone else doing good, you shouldn’t have to choose between knowing it works and keeping the lights on. We’ll give you Raindrop for free.

When the agent is the help,
it has to work.

The people on the other end of these agents often have nowhere else to go. A wrong answer or a silent failure isn’t a bad review. Someone misses a meal, a deadline, or a hearing. Raindrop shows you where your agent is letting people down so you can fix it.

Food access

Agents that help families find a pantry, check what’s in stock, or sign up for deliveries.

Legal aid

Intake and triage for tenant rights, immigration, and expungement clinics that can’t take every call.

Benefits enrollment

Walking people through SNAP, Medicaid, or unemployment paperwork in plain language.

Crisis and support lines

Agents that answer after hours, route to a human fast, and never leave someone on hold.

Health and accessibility

Helping patients, caregivers, and people with disabilities get answers and get around.

Signal not found?

Helping people in a way we didn’t list here? Apply anyway. If your agent does good, we want to hear about it.

A few more details.

Who qualifies?
Teams building an agent whose main job is helping people: nonprofits, public-benefit companies, government and civic projects, mutual aid groups, and researchers. There’s no checklist. The one question we ask: does this agent help people who need it?
Do we need to be a registered nonprofit?
No. A volunteer project, a public-benefit startup, or a team inside a larger organization can all apply. What matters is what the agent does and who it serves.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Qualifying teams get Raindrop free for as long as the work continues. If your usage grows a lot, we’ll talk with you about it first. We won’t surprise you with a bill.
What do you ask in return?
Nothing is required. If Raindrop helps, we’d love to share your story or show your logo, but only if you want us to.
Our agent talks to vulnerable people. Is our data safe?
Raindrop is SOC 2 Type II certified and redacts PII both in our SDKs and on our servers. See our Trust Center and the privacy policy.
We haven’t launched yet. Can we still apply?
Yes. It’s easiest to set up Raindrop before launch, so you can watch your agent from its first real conversation.
