  • Encryption at rest: Our event data is stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS), on dedicated infrastructure. This ensures that even if unauthorized parties access data, they cannot decrypt it without the required keys. Customer data is never stored on any medium that is not encrypted at rest.
  • Encryption in transit: To safeguard information while it is being transmitted, our systems and data storage communicate via secure channels using encryption mechanisms like SSL/TLS.
